Zude 3x07 HTF Hit The Floor this gets me every time because Jude is all geared up and ready for a fight likE BISH WAT U MEAN ESPECIALLY ME SO U CAN SHARE SOME OF THIS W/ SOMEONE ELSE BEFORE ME??? HOW DARE U but then Zero straight up says why not Jude why he's more afraid of having Jude see this part of him why he's scared of losing it in front of this man with whom he never wants to part ways he's so scared of Jude seeing a side of him he might not like because what if he leaves?what if part of him drives Jude away?how does he live with that because Jude will know its there forever it won't be something that can be hidden away again and Jude's face in the last gif the understanding there but also the level of 'goddamn u stupid bish I love ur dumb ass so much I will never not love a side of u'Zero being afraid of losing Jude is my kryptonite like he's finally brave enough to be with Jude properly and this is it for him he's all in so why would he ever endanger that by showing Jude something no one else has ever seen because of how ugly he thinks that part of him is

Zude HTF Hit The Floor 3x07 this was such a sad but incredible moment the idea that Gideon was so scared of showing Jude this side of him because he didn't want Jude to not like a part of him and because he was scared that it might drive Jude away and the idea of not being with Jude is terrifying to him that hurt me so bad but the fact he showed Jude anyway despite his misgivings and the fact that Jude just stepped up behind him and wrapped his arms around Gideon pressed his face into Gideon's neck and held on it was such a pure moment

Zude HTF Hit The Floor 3x07 this is so important because all of these things revolve around Jude Jude is the reason he loses control because Zero can't help himself around Jude everything he does for and because of Jude is impulsive he feels rather than thinks because there is so many things Jude MAKES him feel they just spill out all over the place

Zude HTF Hit The Floor 3x07 okay I want to talk about this for a second because look at Zero's face in the last one Jude is there and he's all reassuring being a supportive boyfriend excited and apprehensive to learn more about his boo and he's just basically being the sunshine we all know and love and he tells Gideon he can handle this but that's not what Gideon is worried about here he knows he can handle this because he compartmentalises everything but he's so fucking worried because he knows Jude has his own stuff to deal with and he knows Jude loves him but he's so scared of sharing this dark and ugly part of his past scared of what Jude will think of him if he sees and it hurts me that his fear is so easy to see which is why Jude says straight after that look 'you think I can't handle it'and he gets all pissy about it but it's not meant the way he thinks it is it's more like Gideon can't handle the idea that Jude might think of him differently because Jude can't look past the darkness but Jude can because he doesn't see darkness in Gideon he sees someone who survived darkness
